Scheduling
Annenberg’s facilities are available to all Annenberg faculty, staff, and students for curricular and administrative meetings and events. We have recently revised our scheduling process. To reserve a room please access the school’s Virtual Event Management System, VEMS. Space reservations are instantly scheduled and reserved, no approval or waiting is required. If you need VEMS login assistance, or need to schedule technical or facilities support on an existing reservation, place a request below.
